Ayana

Primary care as a service · Piloted in 4 clinics

One doctor for every 5,200 people. Ayana is the health platform built against that ratio: six products around a single patient record, so a clinic that has never seen a patient still opens a complete history.

Specifications
What is inside
The patient portal, billing with insurance, document management, AI-assisted radiology, and Ask ayana, the virtual assistant that answers in the language the patient actually speaks: French, Baoulé, Wolof, Swahili or Bambara. Booking works over USSD, so a feature phone with no data plan still gets an appointment.
Built on
A TypeScript modular monolith: one deployable a small team can reason about, twenty bounded contexts inside it, PostgreSQL on the server and SQLite on the device.
Status
Most of the system is built. Four clinics in Côte d’Ivoire ran it in testing, funded entirely out of the studio. We’re restarting it now.

Writ

Governed AI development · VS Code & Open VSX

AI writes code faster than any team can review it. Writ is the layer that decides what needs a human: risk tiers before the merge, and a ledger of what the agents did. Every product in this studio is built with it.

Specifications
What it does
Classifies every change by risk before it merges, flags AI-generated complexity as you write, and hands the reviewer a finished pack: change summary, blast radius, risk tier, and who has to sign off. Routine changes stop waiting on a human. Risky ones stop slipping past one.
Built on
A deterministic governance core, so it costs nothing per change and needs no API key. The ledger records what the agents did, including the runs nobody started through Writ.
Where it runs
VS Code and its forks, published on Open VSX.
BecantyAgriculture · EUDR complianceOwn product

Becanty

Agriculture · EUDR compliance

Under the EU deforestation rules, produce that cannot prove which plot it grew on does not enter Europe. Becanty traces it from plot to batch for West African cooperatives, so the proof falls out of the record instead of an audit scramble.

Specifications
What it does
A farmer records a harvest and a manager sees it on a dashboard they can act on, both against the same plot-to-batch record. One entry, made once, at the plot.
Where it runs
An offline-first Android app in the field, on the cheap handsets cooperatives already own, usable by a farmer who does not read.

CaseLawIQ

Case intelligence for personal injury · Built for a client

A contingency firm is paid only when it wins, so the case it takes matters more than the work it does on it. CaseLawIQ turns the whole file into case intelligence, from the first call through the medical records to what the case is worth, for personal injury firms in Canada.

Specifications
At intake
Phone, web, SMS and email land in one feed, every inquiry is scored for viability, and the lawyer opens a structured brief instead of a callback note. The good case stops getting lost in the pile.
On the medical records
A personal injury file is won or lost on its records. Uploads are classified and read, and what was buried deep in a disclosure comes back as a dated chronology, every event pinned to its source document and page. Treatment gaps surface on their own.
On the evidence
The assistant answers with citations mapped to the authority behind them, and settlement value is calibrated against precedent awards rather than a guess. Facts are held apart from opinions throughout.
